Female Social Media Manager

Why this matters

We tell the truth. And we need your help doing that. We simply spotlight truths for businesses, setting them free from their competitions. Because the weakness they hide, when spotlighted, can make them stand out in crowded markets.

How we hire

We care less about how well you interview and more about how well you think.

So we’ll give you real things to look at, real problems to solve, and probably a few things designed to make you say, “This is boring.”

We want to see what you notice, what you question, what you change, and how quickly you learn when we throw new information at you.

What you'll get

A creative team to make the things you come up with.

Room to have opinions and actually use them.

Access to the people, ideas and thinking behind the work — not just a content calendar to fill.

A chance to shape a growing brand instead of inheriting one that’s already finished.

And if you smash this role beautifully, you won’t just manage our social.

You’ll become part of the brand people remember.

What we're looking for

2+ years running social for a brand or agency. A portfolio you’re proud of, not just a job title. Someone who can write, not just schedule. Comfortable hearing “this isn’t it” and going again. Bonus: you’ve grown an account from nothing.

What you'll do

You’ll stalk the internet for attention, insights, conversations and things worth stealing inspiration from.

You’ll turn those observations into content ideas, briefs, hooks and angles for our writers, designers and editors to bring to life.

You’ll judge the work before the audience does.

You’ll watch the numbers, notice patterns, and keep asking, “How do we make this better?”

You’ll help shape how the brand sounds, looks and behaves on social media.

And when something works, you won’t just celebrate it. You’ll figure out why, then go hunting for the next version of it.
